DESCRIPTION:A Listening & Literacy Adventure for Children with Hearing Technology \nJoin us for a week of playful learning where children build listening\, language\, and early literacy skills through music\, stories\, movement\, and imaginative jungle adventures. These small-group summer programs are designed specifically for children with hearing technology and provide a supportive environment to practice listening\, communication\, and early reading skills with peers. \nEach day includes interactive books\, songs\, rhythm activities\, listening games\, and creative play designed to strengthen the building blocks of literacy. \n Little Sound Jungle Explorers \nEarly Literacy and Language Camp (Ages 3–5) \nJuly 27–30 | 10:00–11:30 AM \nYoung adventurers will explore the jungle through songs\, stories\, and playful listening activities designed to build early literacy skills. Activities are designed to support early reading readiness while continuing to build strong listening skills. \nChildren will participate in: \n\nPhonological awareness games (rhyming\, syllables\, beginning sounds)\nInteractive story reading and retelling\nListening and auditory memory challenges\nRhythm activities that support sound play\nCreative storytelling and dramatic play\n\nThe small group format allows children to practice listening and language skills in a supportive\, engaging environment with peers. \nThis camp is ideal for children entering kindergarten or first grade who use hearing technology and are developing early literacy and listening skills. \nProgram Features \n Small group setting\n Designed specifically for children with hearing technology\n Led by experienced Listening and Spoken Language professionals\n Music\, movement\, stories\, and hands-on activities\n Daily listening and literacy skill building
