For safety reasons\, space is limited. DESCRIPTION:Get started on your journey in American Sign Language with our 8-week beginners workshop beginning on September 14 and ending November 9. \nClass Description: \nEmphasis will be on learning the alphabet\, numbers\, and basic sign vocabulary. Proper ASL sentence structure and grammar will be introduced. Prior sign language experience is not required. \nClass Activities and Schedule: \nAll classes will be held online Monday evenings 5:30 to 7 pm via Zoom (free for users to download). To ensure a smooth online experience\, we are limiting enrollment to 10 people. \nRegistration and Payments:  \nAll classes are open to the public and encourage family participation. Children 8-13 of age must be accompanied by an adult. \nAbout the Instructor: \nNina Endler has been teaching ASL in the Boulder Valley School District for eleven years. She recently earned a Masters in Teaching ASL from the University of Northern Colorado. Nina loves the interactiveness of ASL classes along with their community feeling.
