We will come to your location to complete OSHA Hearing Testing!
On-Site OSHA Hearing Testing in Our Mobile Testing Trailer
Marion Downs Center provides efficient, professional on-site OSHA and MSHA hearing testing for industrial employers through our fully equipped mobile testing trailer. Instead of sending employees off-site or taking over valuable conference spaces, we bring the controlled testing environment, employee training, and data collection directly to your facility.
Our trailer is designed for busy industrial workplaces that need accurate occupational hearing testing with minimal disruption to operations. Each scheduled group completes hearing conservation and ear protection training, employee information review, and testing in approximately 20 minutes.
With six testing stations inside a sound-attenuating testing room, we cna train and test approximately 18 employees per hour through the process. All we need is a safe place to park and access to one regular power outlet.
Efficient Testing. Minimal disruption. Audiologist-reviewed results.
We make the process simple!
- We bring the mobile trailer to your facility. There is no need to reserve a conference room, create a temporary testing area, or send employees to another location for testing.
- Each group begins in the training area, where employees watch our original fie-minute hearing conservation training video. The training is designed to address applicable OSHA and MSHA topics, including how workplace noise can affect hearing, why hearing protection matters, the proper use and care of hearing protection, and the purpose of on-site OSHA hearing testing.
- While employees train, our technician verifies the employee information. This allows for more efficient and helps identify information that may be important when reviewing hearing testing results.
- Six employees at a time complete hearing testing. Each full group session takes approximately 20 minutes, and it includes training, review, testing, and cleaning between groups.
- Our service does not end when the trailer leaves your facility. A licensed Audiologist who specializes in hearing conservation reviews the hearing results and is available to assist safety managers with questions, findings, and next steps. This gives employers access to hearing conservation expertise from a team that understands industrial workplaces.
