An Update on Providing Audiology Services

Our Position

As a nonprofit organization, our mission includes the provision of high quality audiology and speech services for everyone. We believe effective communication is a basic human right, which when compromised can have a significant negative impact on quality of life.
During these times of reduced social interaction, a hearing loss can further distance individuals from their loved ones. We are committed to providing services and have adjusted our office procedures to create a safe environment for staff and patients.

Office Safety

The safety of our staff and the families we serve is our top priority. We are taking aggressive steps to minimize the risk of transmission of the coronavirus in our practice by increasing cleaning between patient visits, reducing the amount of time patients are in the building, observing social distancing, and mask use.
Our waiting room is not open and patients are triaged carefully to ensure only services that are necessary and not routine are scheduled at this time.

Clinic Services

We can provide audiology services including behavioral testing, electrophysiologic testing, hearing aid dispensing, and cochlear implant mapping. We continue to accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, and have self-pay pricing available on a sliding fee scale.
We also continue to provide curbside/drop-off services as well as telehealth appointments for troubleshooting issues and consultations.
