Note that “adult volunteers” are individuals who are not assigned to student support within a school program. If you are submitting information on behalf of your school program, please visit the ECE-6th Grade page.

Arrival times/Shifts for Volunteers

Set Up Team: 8:00 am - 10:00 AM

DHHTFD Field Stations and On-Site Support: 9:00 am - 1:00 PM

Breakdown Volunteers: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM
