2026 GOBERIS DHH TRACK AND FIELD DAY

This registration form is for school programs and itinerant teachers organizing their own squads.

DHH programs will be responsible for providing support coverage and supervision for their students (including interpreters & paraprofessional support).

We will need emergency contact information for program coordinators and squad leaders as well as the number of students attending.

Parents may register their children individually. We plan to consolidate individual students into squads based on age. Please indicate if you can supervise your children and support a squad.

This registration form is for individual students who are not attached to a school program (homeschooled or mainstreamed at their neighborhood school).

Parents and teachers can register students individually.

We will work to assign individual students to squads for individual students based on age groups. Please indicate if you are willing to supervise your own student as part of a consolidated squad.

This registration form is for adult volunteers who want to help with station coverage or other related duties including set up & breakdown.

Note that we are defining “adult volunteers” as individuals who are not assigned to student support within a school program.

We ask that volunteers arrive at APS Stadium at 9 am to prepare for their assignments. The set up team will arrive at 8 am. We will start break down by 1 pm and vacate the stadium no later than 2 pm.
