
2025 Goberis DHH Track and Field Day FAQ
Overflow volunteer and family parking will be at Calvary Wellspring Church (1072 Chambers Ct, Aurora, CO 80011) adjacent to Hinkley High School.
Parking attendants will be on hand to direct traffic. Please carpool if possible!
Busses are encouraged to stage in the CentreTech Shopping Center at 15610 E 6th Ave, Aurora, CO.
School programs are encouraged to create their own school spirit signs to showcase their school pride on poster paper. Please ensure that the school program name is legible and easy to see from a distance with contrast.
School Programs:
To save time during the arrival process, we are asking school programs to create their own name tags for students using the following format:
- First Name Last Name
- School Program/Group
- Squad Leader Name
- No Media (only for students that do not have media permissions).
These name tags can be hand written or printed out.
Individuals & Volunteers:
You will pick up your name tags when you check in at the event.
We plan to rotate activities every 15 minutes throughout the event starting at 9:30 AM. Last call for stations will be at 12:15 PM and we will start breaking down stations after 12:30 PM.
School programs: Please bring your own garbage bags to manage lunch and snack waste.
Help us minimize the clean up by putting trash where it belongs.
We are currently working on volunteer assignments. We will follow up with updates on your assignments in the week before the event.

Please dress for the weather with hats, gloves, and rain coats. We will have tents for shelter if necessary.
